EF Academy hadn’t quite solidified its brand voice when I joined the team. So I wrote new copy for key assets—email, social media, and campus signage—and helped codify guidelines for future messaging work. The goal was to help students and families picture what campus life is really like: diverse, engaging, and designed for the modern world.
Results
Our executive team applauded the new cohesive messaging, and audiences responded as well. Compared to the previous campaign, our new paid social campaigns—which I conceptualized and wrote the copy for—drove 1.5X more landing page views at up to 40% lower cost per result.
