Challenge

Lucidpress (now Marq) was a design solution with an identity crisis. To attract loyal users, we had to build a community by offering content they couldn’t get anywhere else.

Results

A blog that focused on a lucrative consumer group—small business owners—and taught them how to market their companies with Lucidpress. I was responsible for all aspects of the blog, including development, design, analytics, and of course, content. With the help of my team, I took it from concept to reality in just three months. In that time, we reached over 30K visitors, achieved higher than average conversion rates, and discovered key insights that would shape the ongoing product development and positioning.
